1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak pieces in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Stir in the butter and cook until melted and combined with the garlic.
Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Remove from heat and set aside.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add milk, butter, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve the garlic butter steak bites over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
