This Christmas Jelly is a festive and colorful dessert perfect for holiday celebrations. The layered jellies add vibrant colors, and the creamy condensed milk layer creates a beautiful contrast. It’s a fun, show-stopping treat for family gatherings or Christmas parties!

Ingredients:

  • Jelly Layers:
  • 1 packet of greengage jelly (or green jelly)
  • 1 packet of orange jelly
  • 1 packet of strawberry jelly (or red jelly)
  • 3 cups boiling water (1 cup per flavor of jelly)
  • Milk Layer:
  • 3 envelopes of gelatin (unflavored)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 tin condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Jelly Layers:
  • In three separate bowls, pour one packet of each jelly flavor.
  • Add 1 cup of boiling water to each bowl, stirring until the jelly is fully dissolved.
  • Spray three containers with non-stick spray and pour each flavor of jelly into its own container.
  • Place the containers in the refrigerator and allow the jellies to set completely, about 1-2 hours.
  1. Cut Jelly into Cubes:
  • Once the jellies are set, cut each flavor into small squares.
  • Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick spray, then add the jelly squares, layering them for a colorful, mosaic effect.
  1. Prepare the Condensed Milk Mixture:
  • In a separate bowl, mix the 3 envelopes of gelatin with 2 cups of boiling water. Stir well until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  • Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly, then add the condensed milk. Whisk or stir until thoroughly combined.
  1. Assemble the Christmas Jelly:
  • Pour the condensed milk mixture over the jelly cubes in the Bundt pan, ensuring it fills all gaps and covers the jelly squares.
  • Place the Bundt pan in the refrigerator and chill for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  1. Serve:
  • Once the jelly is set, carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving plate to release the Christmas jelly mold.
  • Slice and serve chilled!

Tips:

  • Non-Stick Prep: Be generous with the non-stick spray in the containers and Bundt pan to ensure easy removal.
  • Layer Variation: Experiment with different flavors and colors for a unique look.
  • Storage: Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
