Delicious Cremora Tart Recipe

Here’s an expanded version of the Cremora Tart recipe with additional tips for a perfect result!

This no-bake tart is creamy, tangy, and comes together quickly with simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Cremora powder (or any coffee creamer powder)
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (around 395g each)
  • 250 ml lemon juice (about 1 cup; adjust for desired tanginess)
  • 250 ml ice-cold water (about 1 cup; essential for thickening the mixture)
  • 1 packet Tennis biscuits (or any coconut biscuits)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling Base

  • Place the Cremora powder in a mixing bowl. Gradually add the ice-cold water and whisk until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
  • Tip: Using cold water helps the mixture thicken and get the right creamy consistency.

2. Add Condensed Milk

  • Pour in the condensed milk and mix well until you have a smooth, creamy consistency.
  • The condensed milk brings sweetness and richness to the tart.

3. Incorporate Lemon Juice

  • Slowly add the lemon juice in small portions, mixing thoroughly after each addition. The acidity in the lemon juice will help the mixture thicken. Adjust the amount of lemon juice based on your taste preference; more lemon juice makes for a tangier tart.
  • Tip: If the mixture seems too runny, you can chill it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to firm it up.

4. Prepare the Biscuit Base

  • Set aside a few biscuits to crush for the topping. Use the remaining Tennis biscuits to create a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish (a glass or ceramic dish works well).
  • If you prefer a thicker crust, you can add another layer of biscuits.

5. Assemble the Tart

  • Pour the prepared filling over the biscuit layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Crush the reserved biscuits with a rolling pin and sprinkle them over the filling to create a crumbly topping.

6. Chill the Tart

  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This helps the tart set and enhances the flavors.
  • Tip: For best results, chill it for 2-3 hours or even overnight.

7. Serve and Enjoy!

  • Once set, slice and serve chilled. This tart is perfect for a quick dessert or to impress guests with minimal effort.

Storage:

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. The flavors continue to meld, making it even more delicious the next day!
