Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Hennessy cognac
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, Hennessy, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, and cook until they are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
